I have finally figured out an easier way of posting pictures of the kiddos. Here are a few of Vincent from August.

Vincent LOVED the Alpacas at the Fair, he kept going back to them and saying “hi Alpaca, hi. How are you? A hm, ok”

And lastly, Vincent has switched over to a big boy bed. He calls it his “good boy bed” and he loves it. He can stretch out across the bed and get a great nights sleep.

I have so much to say about Vincent and him turning 2 years old. I am so blessed to have him for a son. Even though some days are interesting and challenging, I wouldn’t give them up for the world. He is so loving and curious and enthusiastic about learning. He wants everyone to be his friend. The kid is full of energy and rarely stops (hence the lack of pictures of just him being still). He can count to 20, knows all of his colors, shapes, etc. Recently we have been working on phonics and spelling. Well, the other night as we sat at the dinner table he looked at his placemat and started to spell out phonetically the words on his place mat!!!! I was in shock. He still loves to learn sign language and lately we have been working on Spanish more than ever. I love to watch him learn on his own as well. Just a few months ago when we first moved to WA Vincent had a hard time putting together his train tracks on his train table. A couple of weeks ago I went into his room to check on him and he had put together a long track for his trains, it was amazing! I stood there watching him very carefully place the tracks together. I am so proud of him. We recently transitioned him into a big boy bed and it seems to be going well. Potty Training seems to be the next biggest milestone, but I am going to wait on that one. Vincent tells me if he has to pee or poop, but I think we need to let him adjust to all of the other changes he has been through recently, then go for it. The kid is amazing, but I don’t want to push it.

Thanks for checking out his updates, please feel free to leave him a message!
