6 Month Stats and more

I took Kenniston in to get measured this week. She is 26 1/2 inches tall (75%) and 16 pounds (just under 50%). She has increased % in height but not weight, but that is fine.
She tries daily to push off with her legs to get around, however I don’t think she is close to a full fledged crawl. She is content just playing with the toys around her most of the time.
Recently she has been doing a new sign for milk. She does the hand motion with the back of her hand over her mouth, it is really funny actually.
She is pretty much on a regular schedule now, which is good and bad. She wakes up between 7:30 & 8am. I usually nurse her just after she gets up, then around 9am or so she gets rice cereal, after that she naps for around 1 1/2 hours, when she wakes (usually around 11am or later) I nurse her, around 12:30 she has cereal and a fruit or veggie, she then naps around 1:30 or 2pm, she wakes up around 4 or 4:30 and nurses, then eats cereal with a fruit or veggie(which ever she didn’t have earlier in the day) around 6:30, after our bedtime routine she nurses until bed time at 8pm. She has been sleeping through the night for a long time now, however occasionally she wakes up to nurse. Sometimes it is hard to go along with her morning nap just because I so badly want to leave the house. We usually do and she naps on the carseat or stroller. Thankfully our new stroller is amazing and reclines all the way (gotta love the new stroller!!) so she does nap well in there.
Both Vincent and I have been sick this week so getting out has not been an option. We hope to meet up with some new friends this week though. Their children are all around my kids ages! I have been praying for friends like this for a while now, so I am pretty excited!
