If nesting were an Olympic sport

I would be a gold medalist. I have had such crazy bouts of energy and desire to clean lately. Today I cleaned our room, folded and put away several loads of laundry, vacuumed the entire house, cleaned the bathroom (on my hands and knees), cleaned the kitchen, loaded/unloaded/reloaded the dishwasher, sorted through and put away Vincent’s winter clothes, made room for Brian’s clothes for when he gets back (still 3 weeks away), and put away some baby stuff. Later this afternoon I took Vincent swimming for an hour and a half then went to the grocery store. I had continuous contractions during the entire trip to the grocery store and every time I got up this evening. I am exhausted and my back is killing me. I know I should slow down, but when I have energy I feel like I should use it. It is all typical in the 34 week of pregnancy.
On another note, Sweet Pea must be getting very big. S/he is now over 17 inches and weighs around 4 1/2 pounds. His/her movements push and prod every one of my organs. Sweet Pea has taken a liking to my left ribs, it seems his or her foot slides up in there frequently. When it is not relaxing there it is usually jabbing my left side.
Tonight Vincent sang to my belly and Sweet Pea went crazy with movement. I guess the two are starting that sibling bond early. It melts my heart to think of the friends these two kiddos will become.
