JOY goals 2012

Here are Ruby’s JOY goals for 2012

031

She is still learning the art of goal making and at the ripe old age of 3.5 doesn’t know much about future plans (I mean really, she still thinks her birthday is this weekend after the mere mention of choosing a theme for her party)…however, I wanted to include the twins in the goal making fun and she did answer each of the questions I asked.

It went kind of like this:
ME: Ruby how do you want to learn more about Jesus?
Ruby: learn more Bible stories.
ME: Ruby, how do you want to help other people out?
Ruby: Give them my toys.
ME: Give who your toys?
Ruby: Give my toys to the kids that don’t have any.
ME: (Knowing full well this would be an interesting question for any child, especially a 3.5 year old) Ruby what do you want to do this year that would help you be a better person? What do you want to learn how to do this year? Do you want to do anything new?
Ruby: Be loving
ME: Be loving? ok. Do you want to learn anything new?
Ruby: Ballet
