If you have tried calling us or have tried talking to us on the phone lately, you might notice the crummy phone service. I was trying to talk with my Mamaw this evening and got disconnected 4 times. No kidding.
We have talked to our cable provider (we have VOIP, our phone is run through our internet, which has also given us a lot of problems lately) and they say that all is well on their end. Tonight, after much frustration, we decided to call our phone provider, Vonage.
It turns out that the phone box adapter that we use for our phone is bad and has caused the constant internet disconnect. So, soon we will receive a new adapter and hopefully we can talk with out interruption again.
